Here's a quick overview:
1. At the payment deadline if everyone is paid we're good to go.
2. If we have a lot of outstanding payments, then we wait while the organizers go looking for deadbeats.
3. Order is submitted and the collected money is paid to Signature Plastics
4. Signature Plastics puts us on their production schedule and they provide the organizers with an estimated ship date, this is rarely shared with the group because things change and there can sometimes be a delay
5. Once the production run is complete, they will ship the keys to one of the organizers.
6. The key caps come in bulk, so they will need to be sorted into sets and packaged, labeled and shipped
7. You receive your keys and verify that you received a complete order and that no keys were damaged, or missing.
8. The organizers will then wrap up the GB getting people replacements as needed.
