I almost sealed the deal on a Nikon D3100 as my first camera, but the guy said he wouldn't be able to ship until Jan 4th and shipping around that time would be hard for me as I go back to school on the 6th, but my post office doesn't open up until the 11th as it is the school one... Someone is supposed to send me timestamped pics of a D3200 on Monday, so hopefully that goes over well.

I played way too much Halo 3, will always be my best FPS experience. Wish they would start releasing Halo on PC as well as XB1, I can't imagine that many people pick up an XB1 for Halo anymore

I think the deployables in 3 were as far as it could've gone without taking away from that Halo feel. When they started adding sprint and jetpack it just didn't feel like Halo anymore. Last Halo I truly enjoyed was ODST, but I've pretty much abandoned console gaming for PC at this point

Yeah Halo just isn't the same anymore, that's why I prefer to just not even try Halo 5 since it'll never be as good as the Halos that I remember and grew up on.

I put the mix in the ice cream maker, and all is good. Looking great and ice creamy. Then I add in some strawberries and it just turns into liquid. I even had the strawberries in the freezer to make sure they were cold enough. I chopped them up real small, I didn't add in a lot of liquid. Ugh. So frustrating. Maybe I should just stick to vanilla. I'm better than vanilla damnit!

Fresh fruit should be marinated with sugar to produce a fruit syrup, marinating the fruit takes at least 8-12 hours. That will give the full flavor of the fruit while breaking down the fruit so it doesn't affect the way it churns. It basically takes the water inside the fruit and turns it into an invert sugar which gives it that silky texture. Strawberry's should be 3:1 fruit to sugar. This also depends on the level of fat in the ice cream base. Less fat = more sugar.

Big cartels are the worst. Usually they get a girlfriend to run it while on tour. Took 6months and 4 messages to receive a shirt from lewd acts. It'll get taken care of, use that GH groupbuy patience. Most likely hey have no idea what's going on and will sort it out when not recording/touring

Oh man I think some people have been waiting for 9+ months for the shirt. I remember my friend got something in the mail and it took so long she had completely forgot she ordered it. Luckily I'm not worried but more agrivated because this dude is the same guy who forgot to pack a shirt in an order for another band he's in and would take forever to reply only to never send it or refund me. Doubt it will happen this time as there are hundreds of people waiting this time around.

This is actually super helpful. I put the strawberries (1 1/3 cup, fresh) in a 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 a lemon. But I only let it sit for two hours. I'm guessing that it needed a good while longer to be ready to actually put in the mix. I'm bound and determined to get this right eventually. More to prove to myself that I can do it than anything else.
