How come I haven't seen your beard on the post your beard thread CPT?

I can't beard so I compensate by wet shaving and getting nice gear :(.

It's okay CPT, as an asian I can confirm growing a beard is a no go.

On the other side of that, maybe a "manscaping" thread.

I do not condone people posting pictures of their naked ball sacs.

This wet shaving kit is all too real Holy ****. I thought I was doing ok with my merkur and proraso but this is truly next level. Thank you so much. I think I'm going to try and not eat the Orange Menthol, Chad Tea, or  Mango Sage Tea. Those are definitely my favorite smells.

Also this cheeky note with the wish that I get wallethacked more. I DON'T NEED ANOTHER PRICEY HOBBY OK?!

And terrpn was nice enough to send me some great diamine ink!

Careful with the Feather razors! I cut the ***T out of my face the first time I used them! They make for a great shave though!

I miss wet-shaving, got all the goods including a 59 Fatboy but now my beard means it sits there unused!
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Disposable razors in the shower. If my shave isn’t as close as it could be, or if I occasionally cause some skin irritation, too bad. All the gels and creams and aftershaves and soaps and brushes and special towels and multi-part razors and complicated many-step rituals are too complicated for me.

I’m halfway convinced men do complicated shaving rituals because they’re jealous of all the time women spend putting on makeup.

That's nice that you have decent skin then, I have eczema so any skin irritation turns into "OH GAWD WUTDAFAWKDIDUDOTOURFACE!!!?!?!?!"

The Manscaping thread just sounds like it'll end up with pictures of all the wrong things but I think we should have a shaving thread.

Don't get me wrong I loved having my beard, but wet shaving is really enjoyable in my opinion just because I find it relaxing and time to just sit and think.

I'm pretty sure they are uv printed, but I'm not positive.

I'm totally gonna use them (or at least put them on a board so they can look pretty and I don't ruin them), but I need a good full size board for them first.

Awesome!  I am very glad you like them.  Turning that image into a landscape was a task and a half!  The keypad 'caps have a sky pattern so you can use the set on a TKL without losing any of the image.

They are indeed WASD UV printed with a clear-coat on top, so they should stand up to normal typing.  (Assuming you don't mind poking that little girl in the eyes as you type!)

Anyhow, glad you like them.    :D

I like keyboards and case modding.  Everything about a computer should be silent -- except the KEYBOARD!

Wow, so many awesome gifts. Makes me scared to participate next year as I'm not sure I could step up to that level of awesomeness!
I'm back.

Best,

 - Ron | samwisekoi
Sig auto-typed by my GH36 LH keypad.
Yeah I know it can be used on a TKL, I just don't own one of those either. :-[
I'm a 60% man, but I'm totally gonna get a board for these, so awesome!
Yeah the fact that her eyes are centered on the caps is so cool, it looks superb.
Thanks again!!!1! ;D ;D

Such an awesome gift.
I'm gonna take a guess that it was samwisekoi, though the accuracy of my guess may have to do with the fact that I looked at the list.
I really can't express how cool this gift is. It was worth the suspense of having to wait till getting back to Boston to open. ;D

Wow! That is way cool!

Got the package from Nubs today.  My first thought was, "Why is it heavy and so big?"  Got it back to my place, cracked it open, and damn.  In his PM's to me, he made it seem like there wouldn't be much or it wouldn't be anything spectacular.  Well, it's pretty much the opposite.  There's a little bit of everything and the whole thing felt very personal.  The handwritten note meant a lot (and it was written in purple for bonus points) and definitely perked up my day. :thumb:  I don't remember if I mentioned that I smoke cigars or not but the Rocky Patel cigar box with dollies hidden inside was ****ing awesome.  Coincidentally, RP is one of my favorite brands.  Chopsticks were hilarious and the cutting boards will definitely be very useful.  The Big Appetites book has already found a home in the middle of my kitchen island and the wrist rests fit perfectly, Nubs.  You nailed the size.  Again, thank you so much.

Ignore the crazy and wacked out lighting in my kitchen. :))  I also need to pick up a BS board and more Topre for these caps.
