Design Concept:
Inspired by an old IBM keyboard, "PCjr".
The name CA66 came from French, "66 avec de la corniche". A 66 keys keyboard with cornice.

Product Contents:

• Case
• Aluminum switch plate (all plates are modified a bit for wireless signal to pass through)
• Default PCB or Bluetooth PCB
• Brass badge (not included in a WKL-like version)
• Screws, rubber feet
• Boxing

Extra Parts Contents:

• Default PCB
• Bluetooth PCB
• Brass plate
• Titanium badge
• Aluminum Alps plate (for BT PCB)

Case Features:

• 6063 aluminum
• 2 versions - HHKB-like & WKL-like
• Switch plate - aluminum & brass (optional)

Case & Plate Colors:

• Default case colors - black, silver, dark grey
  Special colors: white, grey blue, dark red, purple, army green (some are not shown in the product page. We'll update them as soon as possible)
• Alu switch plate colors - red, blue, gold, silver
• Brass switch plate (optional, only for extra purchasing)

If you look in the pics of the first post of the IC (linked in the first post here) there’s a picture of a BT PCB with a battery with specs. The one shown in the pic is a single cell LiPo @3.7V 3000mAh. So I would imagine you could really use anything that’s 3.7V and fits in the case.

A 3.7g lithium battery will do. You can decide the size you want to put in since there's much space inside.

It hasn’t been ported but I’m also not sure if it is a possibility or not.

White and army green pics.

White is coloring by electrophoresis, with matte finish.


And army green was just done yesterday (the upper one). But it still needs a tweak for matching the color we want, in a army green Doppio render.


We'll probably put the white in to GB page for clarifying the color. It's pretty much set up.
Green is going to be up until it has a conclusion.

hex file won't do much good in porting to qmk. need the source files for that.

Silver is the same as previous round. I don't have both silver and white cases in my hand so sorry for not able to take some shots of them.
Hope photos in GB page is clear enough to help you compare and make a choice.

This is a good question. I’d also like to get confirmation on this too as it’s a little unclear whether the brass plate will have the new cutouts for BT.

No. You can measure it after receiving the keeb. Too much room for a battery.

We recommend you to get a new version plate for BT PCB. Others are compatible with R1.

Metaverse would work pretty well. In my opinion anything with white alphas and non-white mods would look good.
