Why The Change?
I had so many requests to include shiny mods in the base kit, and also many people preferred
shiny mods more than the classic orange, so I made the decision to remove orange from this run
and just stick with blue. This decision was partly made in order to keep kit prices to a normal level.
For the people that liked the orange - I sincerely apologize. If there is enough interest for it, I will
consider running this again with orange mods. I have included an option in the final IC form to evaluate interest.

The above said, I'd like to point out a minor error in ISO support in the base kit, as it stands now: you have an 1.25U Shift key (good), mod-colored and accent-colored ISO Enter keys (good), R4 \| key (good) and R3 #~ (OOPS!). This is an all-too-common mistake in too many sets, an error I'd like to see disappear for good. Why?

When it comes to a national language, base kits start out with support for US ANSI. To add ISO support, the immediate choices are US ISO or UK ISO.
- US ISO support requires adding 4 keys: ISO Enter, R4 1.25U left Shift, R3 \| and R4 \|.
- UK ISO support requires adding 8 keys: ISO Enter, R4 1.25U left Shift, R1 `¬, R1 2", R1 3£, R3 '@, R3 #~ and R4 \| (not counting at least two AltGr keys as well).

As it stands now, your set fully supports neither US ISO nor UK ISO, and therefore falls "in the middle of the pond" (something that has been called "Atlantis ISO").

The solution is pretty simple: replace the R3 #~ key with an R3 \|key — this will complete the US ISO support and keep unaltered the number of keys in the kit.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll consider changing the color of the accents if it becomes a popular issue, but I've also been told by others that it looks good, so I'll stand by for now.

I agree about the accents, it feels like part of the set just has yellow glass on it. I'd suggest changing the background color as well as the text to make it pop out a bit more. Other than that, looks nice! Always a fan of darker sets

I disagree, I think the subtle contrast is extremely satisfying.

You could potentially swap the orange with V2 to simplify the color matching process. Also potentially the darker black could be simplified to CR since it's already so close to begin with that I'm not sure that it could even be matched close enough to matter.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll consider V2, and I believe I was mistaken to use Black 6 C. I actually meant that to be a very dark navy color, and it will be fixed with a brighter color after I get my samples.

I think the background is enough to differentiate and the legends are still a different colour for the alphas.
