never...
either someone got before me on a good deal
or it's sometimes just wayyy to pricey (around 400+ with shipping to me)
or it's not been tested
or connector still not converted (i'm bad with doing that sort of stuff myself)
or caps way are too yellowy
or CONUS only <--- this one is very irritating
or....
should I really keep going....

Did you get the full set or keyboard only?
The auction was for the whole thing and US shipping was $40. I took a big risk and bought it anyway, then I asked the seller not to ship the whole thing and he refunded the full $40 and sent just the keyboard.

I referred him to pwnnarwhal about buying the other half, I believe they're working out some kind of deal.

Custom Poker II with steel backplate and MX Greens came in!

Still don't know what this guy was thinking selling it for as low as I got it for but I am not complaining. It feels great and is so unique.

Keycaps were mine, replacing them with blank PBTs tomorrow.

So far I like it aside from one glaring thing.  The 5000 had LED indicators on the side to indicate if you were on the 1, 2, or 3 DPI setting, the 7000 doesn't.  It's a pretty glaring omission.  The cable and scroll wheel click are better though..

Cholula?  That's some weak ass ****.  I expect better from demik.  You need some Valentina and El Yucateco Green Habanero alongside that Tapatio.

A nice little package though.

Bro I told him all he needs is tapatio but no he wouldn't listen to me. I was trying to get him some habanero hot sauce from Yucatan but I got lazy af.

Hoping to finish a ctrlalt60 + Orion v2 with these guys over the next few months. The anticipation is killing me as the parts fall into my hands

@Sed8 i had albit a small taste of the blues (one switch) on my Infinity, it felt so nice. No idea about actuation point but i enjoyed the feel more so than the cherry blues in my tenkey. Could be just the "its new so i like it waaay more than the old" feeling though

Blank PBTs arrived! I've never tried PBT keys before so this is new, definitely prefer them over the ABS I've had in the past! Feels so much more solid.

Hoping to finish a ctrlalt60 + Orion v2 with these guys over the next few months. The anticipation is killing me as the parts fall into my hands

@Sed8 i had albit a small taste of the blues (one switch) on my Infinity, it felt so nice. No idea about actuation point but i enjoyed the feel more so than the cherry blues in my tenkey. Could be just the "its new so i like it waaay more than the old" feeling though
im wishing I had strayed from the beaten path of gaterons good for linear only (i dont know why i had that stuck in my head) and picked up some blues and browns on top of the blacks and clears. Sounds like you got some fun stuff happening can't wait to see the end result  :p

It came yesterday but haven't had a chance to set it up until now.

EMP Tek E55Ti, E56Ci, x50 Nakamichi banana plugs, and a Marantz NR1501...my ears are smiling!!! :cool:

Got a 60% Aluminium Case from Pexon, great case!  :thumb:
I wasn't expecting such an improvement from the original Vortex plastic one :eek:  :p
