I got my MX Rustler. The banana laffy taffy is awesome too!

Also loving the Tru-Bro ID and the COA.

Show Image

His pupils are rather large compared to the other Rustlers I've seen.  :))

He's special :P

Hahah, yeah. His left eye looks off in a bit of a different direction too, he's got some character.  :))

Got a Teensy to use with my ANSI150 Phantom build that my Zealios are going to be installed on to.

Has anyone noticed that they changed the through holes on the Teensys to gold from silver? It seems like it might be a better quality through hole trace as well.

Binge care package!

Never thought I find myself a v1 moose after all these years #happytears
and he never cease to amaze me with his generousity

Binge care package by Hanshen, on Flickr

I didn't realize you didn't have a V1 Moose yet!  :O  Congrats on getting one, that's a great package to receive.  :D  Now let's see the whole family!
I've only owned 3 of the v1 since the initial sale, and took me years to add more to my collection

I'm not sure where all the v1 in the world went :(

Not sure what the left one is called. The mask is clear and there's a bit of pink swirled on grey in the back. I'm going to name him Folder 502. Left is Violaceous. Both were from booper's sale. Thanks booper <3

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Why not post a picture of the item you got instead of a box?  Just kinda seems pointless to me.  Congrats on the Bro though.

@Alien.  Thanks.  I'll have to look into coins with aviation themes. Definitely will try to get one with a helicopter on it if I get accepted into flight school.

Got this stuff mostly yesterday and Friday:

Unexpected boop! caps:

Unexpected Rustler from codingcpa.  Codingcpa hit me up and asked me if I'd like their Rustler.  I stated I'd only take it if they were absolutely sure they wouldn't use it.  I guess some stuff happened behind the scenes and I was graciously gifted with this cap.

And ink samples for pens:

I like how all the Laffy Taffys with the Rustler are banana flavored, nice little touch.
Really like the purple visor-ed atronaught.  Wonder if boop would make a white one with orange visor to match my avatar.

Cool!! I'm not a collector myself but my dad is really into collecting silver coins (American and Canadian). My family are British and he caught the bug collecting quarters from each state when we first went on vacation to Florida. Now that his American silver dollar collection is getting quite complete, he started with Canadian coins (as that's where I currently live)  :thumb:

Now I can take the BS goodness to work.

I spent ages trying to find a good, thick bag to take my full size Model M in to work.

Then I managed to get an SSK which just fits in my backpack.
In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

lol, I totally forgot that Prime existed. How do you like it? I used to have the MP-4 Convoy but sold it to get the MP-10. Haven't gotten it yet, though.

People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.
