Oh hey they include a tool! It has to work better than the steak knife I use to pop it off. :P

I use a putty knife.  It works perfectly.  A steak knife just sounds dangerous.

So my Audio Technica ATH-M50RD's came in today with the bundled FiiO E006... I must say that it definitely looks and sounds the price tag! Seeing that I only paid $149 shipped for both the headphones and the amplifier, it definitely feels like I stole something :)) Listening to them now, and even if they need to be burned in until they sound their best, it sounds amazing out of the box! I can definitely hear, see, and feel the difference in quality with these headphones :D

Bad lighting in the room today :( They are less bright than in the pictures, and are more of a deeper red color in person.

Totally thought those were beats at first. I'd like to get a bassy set like the M50s, but my AD700s have been doing fine so far so...

If you want something bassy, I probably wouldn't go with the M50's because their bass aren't that powerful, if anything, they're just really well balanced. I'm audiophile enough to give you a good recommendation on bassy headphones but I'm sure many in the headphones thread would help you.

I've only heard great things about the AD700's. Especially for gaming!!! I almost picked one up over the M50's but I already have a dedicated gaming headphone so I went with something for music.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I don't get the hype about kitkats. It's good, but nothing beats handmade dark chocolate praline. I got a super nice artisan chocolate factory near where I live and I am not buying chocolate from anywhere else since I tasted theirs.

I used to go to a chocolate shop when I wa in the Quad Cities.  They have been closed for a couple years but I got the wife a half pound of chocolate covered strawberries one time.  There was 3, they were that big.  Also, they had a dark chocolate espresso soaked tiramisu twinky that was $6 each but I would have paid $12 they were heaven.

Nice haul!  Congrats on that SSD, and all the lovely MX Green goodness!   :thumb:

Thx :)

I don't get the hype about kitkats. It's good, but nothing beats handmade dark chocolate praline. I got a super nice artisan chocolate factory near where I live and I am not buying chocolate from anywhere else since I tasted theirs.

Here's a picture of it:

I tasted a few wasabi chocolate already (not kitkats). They are ok, but not so much that I prefer them over plain dark chocolate.
