How much space might a full KeyCon take up on harddrive?  I will bring an external just in case, but an estimate would be nice too. 

I would suggest only recording presentations...I'm not sure how everyone will feel about being recorded for the entire event.

Good call.  Maybe stream the presentations and a walk-through showing everyone's gear?

I second this. I'd love to see the presentations, but one of the main attractions for me to go to one of these events would be to see what everyone else has brought to the table(s) (Quite literally ) )

Sponsorship for the luncheon has fallen though.  So we're going to have to fall back to plan B, which is to pay our own way.

The average cost-per-person is $10, which includes world-famous pizza and soft drinks. If you're planning on enjoying lunch at the conference, please send $10 as a gift via PayPal to me@mashby.com. I'll then use this money to order our pizzas tomorrow so that they arrive on time on Saturday and purchase the soft drinks as well.

According to the results thus far, we have 21 responses. Here's the numbers:
