Dude even before they're all marked as gone im on edge watching my email. Every time amazon emails me with another promotional i kick myself for getting excited.

I would relax about the reply email. usually takes more then a few hours to sort, invoice, reply in full to each email that made it...it takes a while to sort through it all, and do a clean and good job, which CC does..

Have patience - he needs to find out who got what,m then start sending all the emails, and that could be hundreds, depending on how many CCs were available.
