Wireless = Garbage
« on: Wed, 28 March 2018, 11:07:29 »
Tp4 were playn' dat HearthCrack.. Cuz he's on the pipe again..

Wanted -Right Click- to cancel fireball selection.

The -Right Click- Did NOT register..

Proceed to Leftclick my Bfist Ogre of 1 health and it died..

Then lost the game.. because of depression..

Am going to glue the cord permanently to my Logitech g403..

Wireless is simply unreliable when every click Matters..

I cant stand to work or game on anything wireless.  even if it is 99.99% accurate it always fails me when i need it.  That and changing batteries is a pain.  Wires is the future

Xactly,  Imagine a pro-gamer trains 10,000..  is it wise to gamble all that training time on a wireless mouse ??

What if the Online gaming-casino sends an agent to set off an EMP-Device during the tournament..

Wireless may be fine for casual g4m3ing,  but it's not suitable for primetime.

Ya'll prolly be like, Tp4 , you cray cray, EMP, no way...

A casino stands to make $millions on a tourny,   while Tp4 could probably build you an EMP-blaster for $200..

//Granted the device might be poorly insulated, eletrocute and make the user pewp himself..  But can guarantee you it will disrupt a wireless mouse.

That was retaliation for how you treat the mouse.

Most wireless Logitech errors I have found trace to one of two things... Old hardware, or simply the receiver was not close enough, and preferably direct line of sight. Can't tell you how many I see stuck behind desktop towers and then the person wonders why it's so bad to use.

Tp4 =/= n00b

The receiver is right next to my mousepad as this happened..

It's hard to notice a mistake unless we're confronted with these "Click Perfect" situations.

Nothing in the daily routine will pick out such errors..  But I've run into something like this more than once now..

I am quite confident that this is not viable for serious competition.
