It varies depending on where you live, but it's something like 2 minutes a day in direct sunlight to meet the requirements.How the hell do you not get at least that?

Is this a dumb idea >..So, I read some vitamins require oil to properly absorb..So, if I grind up the vitamin in my mortar.. Then, add it to a tablespoon of butter... Would this mod work ? ?
