I'm an avid user of the holy trinity: i3 + tmux + neovim.
I also have a Mac... with overlapping windows. Windows has overlapping windows.
I get it, around Windows 2.0 and original MacOS it was a technical feat if you could pull it off.
But usability wise, why would one EVER want overlapping windows?
Switching windows sucks, I wanna see EVERYTHING.
Need to see more / want more windows? Just buy more screens. You can't have enough screens,
I have a 49 ultrawide (5220x1440) and 2x27 vertical mounted. I can barely manage when coding.
