After being in a ****e mood for a week after receiving a layoff notice, I'm happy that I accomplished nothing but identifying new work opportunities and applying for jobs while working my 8 hours today.

As the sole financial provide for a family of 3 (yeah at least not too many), I don't really have a choice but to look. :)

New job will certainly be better in terms of $, but I'll miss being able to hang out on slack, gb, and piss away money buying 67g zealios (I'm so looking forward to getting those in), looking at winface setups, and pre-spending my Christmas gifts :)

A few minutes ago I removed a pickled egg from a jar with chopsticks. I feel like such a badass right now :)

I'm a little apprehensive about that egg, though
