I grew up eating Mexican food in my family. It was part of me (besides in my tummy).
I can't cook to save my life, and when I met my wife (Caucasian) she barely knew anything about cooking, let alone traditional Mexican food.
Now, eight years later, her tamales and tacos are on par with my grandmas'.
Thank goodness there were leftovers because I nabbed as many as I could for lunch.
