I'm still on their DSL as they won't upgrade to FIOS here and I have no other option. The Internet went out a while back and I have an online class at school so this is pretty unacceptable for more than a day. They said it would take 24 hours to fix and that was repeated every time I called for the next 5 days. I ended up tethering my laptop to my LTE from AT&T that I have on my phone and running up the data that month after 2 nights of wardriving only to find out everyone I could steal wifi from in this county also had Verizon so it was down.
