So from what I have seen over the last few days of SLX is that Alliance are pretty terrible right now, NaVi are bad, Team Secret haven't done great, and Fear is leading EG to glorious victory.

And Ice3 and the rest of VG are killing it as well

Picks wise, it's the same old ****. Lycan banned, Razor/TA/DP/Brew in the mid, Centaur/Tide/Doom off lane, with Rubick/SS/Sywrath/Earthshaker supports. I think the most adventurous pick I've seen recently has been a Timbersaw =/

I am uninstalling this game as this is typed.

Every level up is like doing lines of coke... Every kill is like popping ecstasy..

And When you land an Ulti + get a Kill.. it feels like I did a line of ex in my left nostril with another line of coke in my right nostril simultaneously..



After a few games, my hands were shaking...  Even if I lost, I went back for more, just kept hitting find-game..



I microwaved a breakfast burrito,  started playing, and 2 hours later, the burrito was still in front of me, untouched...




How you people get anything done with dota in your life is indeed amazing...



I'm going to go cry in the corner, and eat my cold burrito..

I feel the withdraw symptoms already...

I think this is going to be pretty big in pro games going into the late game. Now a good counter against push strats and puck/morph/weaver

I think they tried to buff Broodmother, but the increase in hiding time after she's taken damage is a bit too much and she still wont get played. The global webs and the ability to select and delete webs is pretty cool though I guess.

This is true, from 2006 to 2009 I was addicted to wc3 dota and even now I have more than 3k hours into Dota2 alone (which is not a lot for some people). Definitely not coming back to that though..

 luckily it takes 10 minutes to download dota..  so there's a that 10 minute buffer... I might be able to stop myself in that time..

The two games I have played of 6.82 both went to about 40 minutes. One we were 0.2k gold ahead and lost no towers.

The other we were 10K BEHIND, with one of their team abandoning, then gaining 6 levels, and a Skywrath Mage managed to pull an E Blade out of his ass somehow. He was 8-7-10 and had 50 last hits and over 640GPM.

seems like a golden doomling is worth about 600 usd, but it's hell trying to find an honest buyer.

Played a game on the day of 6.82. we were 20k gold and xp behind, down 25 kills (we had 0) and we still managed to win the game after some won team fights.

It's really stupid to buy back with all your gold, win a team fight and score a triple kill and suddenly have 4k gold.

At one point I had 8k gold just from winning fights over and over again.

Yah. This patch blows. I was like 12-0 with sky and my team didn't want to push when I told them to as we did not have late game. Eventually we lost "my score was like 12-2" in the end. Lol. The throws are so real in this patch. 1 or 2 team fights and they got the gold lead, straight mid ggwp

The new doom is utterly disgusting, I just had another few games of it, loathe it now. time to play shadow fiend and decide whether I should get the arcana for it or not :PP

Average game I have is more than 45minutes.

Even when youre ahead you fear going high ground because one fight is all it takes.

Literally just pick 3 cores or more and turtle, you'll win eventually.

Megas isn't even a huge threat when everyone is farmed as crap

Wooooooow. That is pretty impressive. Of all the heroes in the game, I don't think I will ever be able to win a game as Chen without being literally carrier throughout the entire game.

I'm wondering what GPU you guys use to play dotos? I used to be able to max everything with my 7870, but after upgrading to 1440p my framerates are nowhere as consistent anymore. Does anyone maax doto on 1440p here?
