I can't really tell by the pictures, but is that a dent or a chip? The case of a KMAC is aluminum right?
Regardless of whether it is a dent or chip, it is possible to fix. You may have to re-anodize the case though.
You totally don't know about the aluminium and anodizing.
If you have spare time and read this
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AnodizingAnodizing is not solution, it's just to coat (a metallic surface) electrolytically
with a protective or decorative oxide.
But that dent is physical damage, it cannot be covered by anodizing.
Actually there is only one solution, change the bottom, opps.
I came in here because I received an email from PayPal asking me about what items I received and shipped back. The blockers and USB cable are with me. I was extremely busy and completely forgot about those items when shipping the keyboard. I will ship them over with tracking as soon as I am able to. This should happen within a week.
The dent was most definitely not there when I was shipping it to you and I used exactly the same amount of bubblewrap you did so I don't think you can fault my shipping. Glad to hear at least you agree and admit the key is not working.
Oh, that's interesting you're still on GH.
Yeah right, You are always busy like before. So what?
Actually I don't want to talk with you any more but in this time I anwser some.
1. The shipping
You lie again, that's very boring but I have to answer that,
Ha, you used exactly the same amount of bubblewrap I did? You forget it again?
I used bubblewrap and wrapped that keyboard with newspapers for preventing
scracthes, and used nice fitted box with that KMAC.
But you only use bubblewrap and your box was bigger than mine.
So there were too many space, that keyboard must be piched and rolled
on the shipping and then got the result like that.
2. The key problem.
Yeah I agreed only "A" key is not working smoothly.
Because I don't want to lie like you.
But I never agreed and admitted there was that problem at the beginning.
It was perfect, It's kind of overaction but I swear on my life.
