Ya'll kids gonna need a CRT monitor..

The difference is not obvious/ nearly imperceptible on any LCD screen.

Hit up the basement,  lug the 30lb brick up 2 flights of stairs.. and BOOM,  you'll see it AND feel it..

The reason it's difficult to see on an LCD monitor is because of the 16-33ms response time of the monitor.

__________Because your brain is already compensating for that 16 to 33ms of latency,  adding say 1 to 10ms, is BELOW the threshold of a noticeable  difference.

However,  when we go to the CRT, its response time is Sub-Millisecond..    This is the True Battleground..

Compared to G303, G400 @ 800dpi and the defacto Microsoft-WMO @ 400dpi  ..

The difference in feel is especially noticeable on the start and stops..  The wired mouse cursor moves and stops instantaneously with the hand,   while the wireless has a chipped feel..

----  While it's a very good mouse overall, and translates hand movements accurately, it definitely lags

For some reason your post reminds me... where has the user microsoft windows been these days??

Input lag is unforgivable, IMO, especially in a mouse. I'd much rather just have wired and not deal with latency.

He probably just lurks now..

I would consider this tight enough such that it wouldn't impact anyone's G4m3r xperience,    But when people says it's identical, or that one can't tell the difference whatsoever,  that is simply not true.

My initial impressions are I like it. We'll see how much I like it after trying it tomorrow at work. I'll definitely miss the extra buttons I'm used to on the G900 which was already offering less buttons than the G700s.

The one thing that bothers me with these logitech mice is for whatever reason the backlighting does not remember settings between reboots. This happens on my home pc and work pc, one is windows 7, the other windows 10.

My logitech mice also randomly forget their DPI settings.

That's super odd..  also if ur using the latest version of logitech gaming software,  it eats 25% cpu just standing still there's a bug..

gotta delete one of their arx folders,

Have you ever used the G900? I wonder how that one compares, seeing as it's a lot more expensive and supposedly has a lot more magic dust sprinkled on it for good measure

Don't have a g900.. It's a really flat-ish mouse,  I doubt the g403 uses a different system.. because why bother, it doesn't cost anything

I got the g403 so i can gut it and transplant it into an ergonomic shell.

I wouldn't be able to gut the g900, because its wheel is an optical system.  only the g403 and gpro has the analog wheels atm.
