EDIT: on closer inspection a few of those could only be used by men, so highly doubt it was a female (other than perhaps an MtF transgender individual)

Okay, the rubber tube is what's called a "cum tube" you get a syringe and fill it with lube (preferably some that looks like cum), and then attach that to the end of the tube, the tube then goes into the base of the toy and there is a hole through the center of the "shaft" of said toy. When you need a bit more lube or just want a bit more "fun" (for some) you press down on the syringe and I'm sure you can guess what happens next.

They are custom silicone, each one made to order, hence the price, and the tube is so expensive because it can be really hard to get the molding right to get a proper hole in the shaft.

And just think what you pay for these keyboards, which are able to have huge factories that make this stuff lol. But yeah, it can get expensive (most people don't own that many though).

To be fair, they do go as low as ~$60-70 for the smaller ones (more suitable for females), only the really big stuff gets to be $150, depending on the colors you choose.

lol well, for vaginal stuff you can only go so far(iirc 5-7 inches max or something along those lines), so I guess the larger stuff is fine for both technically, but men are going to get a lot more out of it than women(not having a prostate changes things I'm sure).
