TP, I'm confused. If CMD's paypal defense equates to, "I sent him a picture of the cap (the fake) and he received that cap (the fake), so there should be no dispute."

Where would the possible lapse of recall come from?

When Shinz0 began the dispute, cmadrid said to shinz0,  that he has never heard of k3 caps.

This shinz0 has proven to be false.   Keep in mind, Shinz0 disproved that cmadrid has NEVER heard of k3,  not that At THAT MOMENT cmadrid was aware of K3, At that moment he could've legitimately temporarily forgotten about k3.



This is where we can certainly Lean on shinz0 as being more truthful.


The lapse in recall is merely cmadrid stating he never knew of k3 caps.


However, it remains possible that cmadrid forgot about the existence of k3 caps.


He has done wrong,  but it doesn't prove he's done so intentionally.

Yeah, shinz0's correct. Cmadrid won't necessarily be PMing on Geekhack. He's out there on reddit as well, so he might prey on people looking for Clacks.

Thanks for clarifying. I think that forgetting about k3 when you have owned both and spent 5+ active years here is the least likely possibility yet..

But we do not know if it was a deliberate lie, or a legitimate lapse in recall.


People do forget things, As 3rd parties, we can't tell which is which.

If cmadrid is the scammer,  cmadrid is the only one who knows shinz0 is innocent
If shinz0 is the scammer, shinz0 is the only one who knows cmadrid is innocent

If a 3rd party Cap-Caper switched cmadrid's cap without cmadrid knowing before shipping to shinz0,  then ONLY the Cap-Caper knows that Both cmadrid and shinz0 are innocent.

to EVERYONE on the outside,  we can Lean on any one side, but it is not definite.. (All Speculative)


Tp4 continuously supports Shinz0 side of the story MORE SO than cmadrid, who is MIA, and has not step forward to defend himself.
