Not hardware no, but **** I need for the house, yeah.
We have a pretty ridiculous amount of soap and coffee for example sometimes though because of sales. :D

Things that run through Tp4's mind,  - One never knows when one needs an extra laptop for that one room in the house, which doesn't have its own dedicated laptop -

Finally, assuming eventually Tp4 does own a laptop for every room, move on to closets.

I don't like buying things just because they are cheap. I hate giving China my money for junk that will soon be in the landfill. I would rather pay more for an inexpensive pair of nice shoes that will likely last a number of years instead of buying the cheapest pair that won't last. Similar idea with laptops. Buy a pretty high spec machine (hopefully at a bargain) without overspending and it should have decent performance for years to come instead of those sub $400 Wal-Mart systems with little storage and really low-end CPU's.

I've bought plenty of things (keyboards) that I didn't need though but not because they were cheap but because they were shiny and cool or were such a good deal I couldn't pass up and could resell at a profit if I chose to sell them.

:))
Then the question becomes, how many closets do you have that will need a laptop?

*Don't overlook getting a nice custom keyboard for each laptop in each room.  :thumb:
