How do you fit that hat into your tiny car?
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Working in a foundry.  Apparently after 40 years they decided the floor in one area wasn't strong enough so we are installing reinforcing beams under the floor.  But having to work around all the conduit, running equipment, and such in this old of a foundry, it gets pretty bad.

where is your taqiyah and beard? and why are you so white?

/bad joke
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

1227 posts and still can't solder? what a shame!

I probably could if I tried.
I haven't invested in any gear, and honestly don't have the time for it lately. Maybe after this summer things will have settled down more.

Here again, we see -Absyrd- displaying his signature "I'm only smiling or else she kills me"  smile...

In Abswyfe's eyes, there is manic,  while in Absyrd's eyes, a profound uncertainty, as if to question, is this happiness,  do I deserve to be happy ?

Look at their hands..   Abswyfe's gesture shows dominance, at ease with a firm grip around her possession, THIS IS MINE....

Look at -Absyrd-  His hands clasp, neck withheld, balled up,  -oh, please don't hurt me, I beg of you-
