Apart from Raytracing, Most taxing setting is the Volumetric fog and shadow.
Shadow controls shadow resolution and probably draw distance. The fog you can pretty safely lower, it looks basically the same, it's fog.
Getting pretty solid performance on the ol' 1060.
The important thing is the game plays well. The laser sword feels impactful. and requires skill to time. Dodging missiles is pretty cool. Though in 60fps, this kind of makes the whole screen a big blur if you dodge-booster.
Hardest thing seems to be stopping. The A( doesn't stop on a dime. It says you press S to disengage boost, buhh it sometimes just keeps going.
Really wish the laser sword had a downward slash of sorts, it only moves horizontally, so if you're not lined up it misses, with a big cool down. Lining up usually means you'll take a missile if there's more than 1 target. I'm sure there's better engagement movement you can eventually figure out, but as it is, not easy.
