I think American cheese is underrated, but I'd probably place it second after Provolone :)

Edit - I also prefer white over yellow :p

I prefer my cheese to be in the form of 6pools and cannon rushes. And now an ode to cheese:

Violets are blue
If you hatch first
I'll cannon rush you

Does Canada have cheese?

Wisconsin cheese is the best, I bet Canadians try and smuggle it across the border.

Also cheese and apple pie go together.

Not a hater, people can like what they like. But when I was over in the US and Canada for a while I really missed the cheeses we have over here in Holland. It seemed that if you wanted to have anything nice it was outrageously expensive, while the rest looked a little too much like plastic. Though truth be told, I never tried it other than on pizzas or burgers.

I am going to speak heresy.  American cheese is one of my least favorite cheeses. If I'm doing a grilled cheese, give me swiss on multigrain or whole wheat.  American cheese is the solid version of that nasty oil cheese you get at the movie theater.

Low sodium American Cheese is awesome, I can beast an entire pack in 1 sitting and not die....

I just love Brie. I have it every time I have people over for supper. You can use so many different toppings!  Fruit or herbs or spinach dip on top. Pop it in the BBQ in a ceramic Brie dish. Goodness me. Also Halverson fried up some Halloumi one time and ruined my life! Sooo good but worth more than its weight in gold!!!  Cheese cheese cheese!!!

EDIT: My bad. I posted before I looked through. I got excited and thought this topic was about REAL cheese. But I see now its NOT.

STRIKE ME DOWN WHERE I STAND!!  I'M READY FOR PUNISHMENT!!

But hey Kraft singles are OK. Cheese is the wrong word for it tho guys.
