I did once last summer. Took off about 1/2" to even it out.

What a beard! How do you like the transitions? Haven't had a pair with those since like 2001, got too annoyed with how long it took for lenses to transition back when going inside. I'd imagine they've improved a lot in 15 years though

I love them.   The only reason my last pair didn't have them was because a second pair with polarized lenses was cheaper.  I still wish I would have gotten transitions instead.  But for my work I cant wear contacts, to much of a hazard.

I actually just got some conditioner, but won't be able to use it until the fall when I start growing it again.
Will report.

So I need to find a new beard product.  I have been using beard oils, but it is getting longer to the point that it doesn't do much or just takes a lot of it to get anywhere.  So, I think the next step in this progression is a balm.  Any suggestions?  I would prefer to get one from a site that has a nice wooden comb as well.  I just want something that doesn't snag and cause split ends like my plastic combs.

I've always wondered,  do hair ties hurt ?

Not just on beards. but when people use them in general..

It looks like so much tension being strung together since hair is quite heavy and has high tensile strength.

Totally. I didn't know the rule until I accepted the offer, and this got me closer to Wyfster which was the goal. So I'm dealing with it for now. But we'll see.  :P

Grew out my beard some more when hiking in Norway this summer. Haven't really shaven it since but I have been getting comments on it looking good lately. :)

I'll post some good pics later.

Have you let your beard escape?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
