what?... really?
I'm kidding (kind of). It's someone with dyslipidemia who ate a MASSIVE fatty meal.
It's more like on the bottom right if you're an healthy adult. The left is once the chylomicrons have cleared out after 2-3 hours.

so... what should we be eating.. based on those viles
A normal balanced diet?
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to alarm you or anything. That's just how chylomicrons transport fats in the body. The left top is regular plasma. Once you eat fats it gets "milky" for a while with all the triglycerides and saturated fats. You can read about it here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ChylomicronI saw a massive bacon filled sandwich and wanted to show what it looks like once you're done eating it. Just stay away from the Krispy Kreme bacon cheeseburger.
If you have a small kid who eats a lot of fatty foods ask them to make a fist. Their fist about the size of their heart. It's the organ that pumps this crud.
