For me it's almost consistent after I use a keyboard for a while, although I tend to be a tad faster on MX, then Topre and then BS. Below are my speeds on certain switches:
MX Blue: 105-111
MX Brown: 105-108
Topre Variable: 100-105
Buckling Springs (Membrane): 98-106
Topre 45G (HHKB): 96-102
MX Red (or Vintage Blacks with lighter springs as I use those more than stock Reds): 90-100
Buckling Springs (AT F): 85-95
Somehow MX feel super snappy when I type on them. Topre feels kinda slower, but more fluid and smooth, sort of relaxing. BS feel super fun, but give my fingers work out so I don't use them much nowadays. Oh and I do prefer membrane to capacitive BS, mostly because of the layouts and heavyweight space bars, but I also like the sound of Model M more than Model F.
Also I have used all those switches for very long times. I spent a year typing exclusively on variable silenced Realforce, 2 years on Filco with MX Browns, a year of only using Model Ms (full size, spacesavers, Unicomps), at least a year of using Filco with MX Blues and many years switching between switches every couple weeks or months. Currently using Ducky One 2 Skyline with MX Blues and really enjoying it
