Android streaming question

Soooo...

I tried to stream a bray..  doesn't work.. seems to choke..

Looking at the bandwidth monitor.. while streaming the movie.. It indicates 60Mbit download, and 30Mbit upload...

Is the 30Mbit error correction? what is that?
