If i want maximum bumpage, should i go clear then?
If I'm putting in 150g-180g springs I don't think they'll get stuck because of too light springs
Thanks for your help bro, immensely appreciated. Oh man, my fingers can't wait for these insane keypresses.
The heavier springs will almost takeaway the tactile bump due to having to press harder to actuate.
To get the most tactility you need to learn to float type and not pound the keys.
Like with MX clears you can learn to type on them without bottoming out using the stock spring or something a little different depending on taste.
I honestly don't see how anyone can type properly at any normal speed with super heavy switches. The super heavy springs totally change the dynamics.
Yes I've tried and to me it was a miserable experience. I thought I liked heavy switches but after a while I had hand and finger pains.
I realize some may truly prefer switches they have to really press down on to actuate but again you might as well just go linear at that point because you are bottoming out anyway.
Also if you use topre they will feel way lighter than the very heavy MX you are suggesting.
