Don't drink alcohol and probably never will, but it should be fine.

You don't want to overbrush since it can wear down the enamel in the tooth which can damage gums.

As long as you still brushing regularly you're all good.

Question is, why did you have a beer after brushing, wouldn't that taste terrible.

Everything tastes terrible after you brush. When I brush my teeth I don't want anything except plain water for at least an hour.

But carbohydrates and alcohol is not what you want your teeth to be bathing in, especially over night.

No, I rinse with mouth wash. Less work. A drink has no particles to get rid off, so a mouth wash rinse should be enough.

You should learn to floss. Everybody hates doing it but it is very important to tooth and gum health.

In recent years I have become more and more interested in and attentive to my bodily biomes. Clearly the gut biome is the strongest and most important but the mouth biome is significant too. Conventional mouthwashes are powerful disinfectants that wipe out the good along with the bad.

More "friendly" mouthwashes cost twice as much, or more, but are more healthy.

After brushing my teeth, won't the taste be unpleasant when eating? I usually wait for one or two hours after brushing before having a meal

Tp4 never bothers to remember, he just nods and ad-lib, this is so smooth, with a citrus caramel tone.
