Was harder to wake up this morning, need moar sleep.

If u gets tired during the day, Find a window and look out into the light while taking deep breaths.

I usually cheat when the clocks change - stay up late and get drunk then the next day I don't know what time it is anyway, after going to bed whenever the clock says I should ready for work the next day I'm fine.
