Mostly I just wanna run in a circle in a crowded room. Or jump off a stage. Or jump onto a stage then jump into a crowd. Or jump on someone's shoulders and scream lyrics at the stage.
It made me laugh that you looked it up on Wiki first. If you like it, listen to more of it. If you don't, listen to something else. Easy.
I am always interested in understanding why someone do what they do, like what they like.

This would be a rather complicated set of motions to orchestrate..

-------------- as in.. do you have other reasons that you'd normally want to run in circles and jump into a crowd and scream... or is it the music which carry you towards the seemingly-manic state of mind...
When I listened to the heavy metal, I felt that in order to (take it in) focus on the music, due to the complexity and quick transitions, it was not possible to think about anything else...
so.. that i would describe as perhaps a thorough-escape from my own immediate conscious..
