i have very sensitive ears so i listen to below average volume levels. i work in an office and live in canada so... dunno that's why i'm concerned there's no reason why it would just suddenly start in my left ear

Overtime, If the autoimmune molecular mimicry process has occur upon cells similar to this type, it is conceivable that they could be destroyed rather easily, because there are NOT THAT MANY of them, similar to the Beta cells in ones pancreas being destroyed.
