On the one hand, I am happy that I am guaranteed to not get heart disease/ diabetes  and at 5000% reduced risk of cancer.. 

On the other hand..  I've given up Popeyes Fried Chicken...    sigh..............................

The most common heart disease is coronary artery disease


The cause is high cholesterol and fats consumption

Understand that Cholesterol/ High blood lipid level is THE only ABSOLUTELY necessary precursor to Arterial disease.


If you have risk factors, do every thing else wrong,   if your cholesterol is low, YOU WILL NOT GET HEART DISEASE.



Cholesterol through (consumed animal foods) causes endothelial damage.  This is the inner layer of all the blood vessels in your body.


Elevated Cholesterol and Fats in the blood even in small quantities damage this layer causing it to break / Scar/ and fold over,   The scaring process is what creates the arterial plaque.


When the plaque ruptures , that is typically what causes a heart attack.



You can never exercise a day in your life,  If you don't eat animal products, and eat ~10-15% calories from fats, 85% from carbs,  YOU WILL NEVER GET Heart Disease.


It's IMPOSSIBLE.

You're probably not old enough to remember being a NON-Smoker in the 50s-60s..

They got the same push back.



But NOW we know smoking = cancer

Remember the calculated All Cause mortality increase of Eating 1 egg per day is equivalent to smoking 5 cigarettes per day.. This has been mathed out, and it's sound..



So you have a choice..   You get on the Veggie train (For your own sake)../ Can't stress this enough, it's not for anyone else, it's not for the animals, YOU BENEFIT.. !!


Or you continue to eat animal products, die of cancer/ diabetes/ stroke/ dementia/ heart disease.



EITHER WAY,  It's unconscionable for Veggianglists  to NOT speak up.  We're saving lives..  

Inaction is Tp4 letting you die..  But Tp4 = True = Love = Veggie..

Well if one is white, reasonably well educated, reads often and don't watch tv,  it won't take 50 yrs to convince such a person.

Well three have come over from my old PC, so one of them is full of very legal TV Shows and films, as well as pictures from years of browsing the internet and taking photos, one is for video games and most of my Steam library, the third hasn't really been filled much and the fourth is brand new so hasn't got anything on it. I might RAID the picture and video one with the two empty ones to create some sort of redundancy but I'm not sure yet. I might as well just get a NAS chassis at this point for it all but literally no other devices in the house need to access the files on there so I don't see much point other than making the overall rig lighter.
