Sure, there are several vendors that have silicone keyboards or membrane keyboards that satisfy IP65 but the key feel is horrible and often the layout has some quirk or two.
At this year's Computex, Gigabyte revealed their
Aorus K9: a mechanical keyboard that is splash proof. The electronics inside can survive water and was displayed at Computex in a glass tank with water flowing over it. The switch modules can be detached and serviced but it is probably a bit sensitive to dust and grime and not that easy to clean.
I wouldn't try to clean the keycaps with alcohol because they are probably painted with laser-ablated legends.
