Tp4 has tried 2 herman millers, 2 steels,
have come to the conclusion that the Problem is Sitting itself...
Because the Hip is rolled forward in the seated position, it puts your spine out of neutral alignment no matter how you support it.. Nothing can be done to the chair to put it in alignment
Now, there are two factors that mask this problem..
1_ if you're 14... you're much more flexible... While that does not make you immune to pain and subsequent disorders, You are capable of remaining seated pain free for longer than an adult could..
2_ Total usage.. Even among people who purchase/ sit in ergonomic chairs, they may not be sitting all the time.. even most office jobs require you to get up and mingle once in a while..
So, where do things finally fall apart.. ??
It all spirals out of control, when you Get older... Sit for Years.... Get FAT...
