Headfones, No Hot

Ne1 headfone maker solve the issue of Hot ears yet ?

Need a pair for piano, but it's getting 2 hot.

Earbuds don't work because the cord makes bumping noises as Tp4's moving around.
  -Wireless has too much latency.

razer has headphones with "cooling gel" inside of them but honestly, I barely noticed, fabric headphones just made it worse

So far I don't seem to get hot ears with my Philips SHP9500's (Open Back) - most closed back I get the hot ears, also don't like feeling closed off in hearing in the event something happens in the house I need to be able to hear

Sennheiser HD600/650/6xx/660s if you want something nice, Koss Porta Pro's with Yaxi earpads if you want something cheap. So far both of those have been plenty comfortable for literal all-day wear for me.
Shhhhh...my wallet doesn't know I'm here.

Yes - I have a pair of old Sony's that have metal bars that stick in your ears to conduct bass (not lots of it) and the main speaker sits about an inch away from your ear.  Can I find the box or remember what they are called?  No, so that's not much help.

Also if you find some in-ears with a soft cable that loops over your ear noise should be minimal to none.

Edit: found them - Sony PFR-V1

Me: 2 PCs > Just Mixer Maker hart > Avantree Oasis Plus > Adidas RPT-01.  The headphones keep my head cool even when this room reaches 83-85F in the summer (~28 C), but they're made for working out, and so they stay on the head with great clamping force.  Some say ouch, while others don't say ouch.  Bonus washability + 40h battery life.  The range is not as good as my Samsung Galaxy buds+, but reasonable range.

Side note: I had a pair of GRADO SR60i wired headphones that were also really great for air circulation.  And I believe those are commonly recommended for listening to classical music.  Might be similar to the GRADO SR80e idk (roughly the same price new).

is the grado on ear or over ear, they look smaller to be over ear.

It's actually confusing how we're still dealing with wireless audio latency in 2022, I mean, you'd think that'd be a big priority.

Might be a power consumption issue. but with all the new chips and gears, hrmm....

honestly my old AKG K141 MK2 with fake leather/worn down to the cloth do not get too warm until 5 to 6 hours of listening (i used to code for 12+ hours a day wearing those)
also Venture Electronics Monks lite do have cords that make little noise compared to most my other earbuds.
as for wireless i think that i heard that logitech had a very low latency headset, but i do not like wireless so my knowledge on those is rather poor (i like the idea of being able to unplug my headphone and know why it does not work :))

With a proper bluetooth transmitter, I don't experience latency, but there is minor interference on occasion.  Better than FM radio tho

The "cheap" ones are on ear, the really expensive ones are basically the same construction but come with much bigger pads which make them over ear.

maybe a silly suggestion since i don't know much about practicing piano with music playing but if you can manage just using speakers then you don't have have to worry about this issue? i'm sure there's some compromise with that but the comfort would come first for me
