Awww is Tp4 a doll?

If anyone hasn't checked out "Gugure! Kokkuri-san" do yourself a favor and watch the first episode.  It caught me by surprise and consistently brings me to tears with laughter every week.

Those dam robots and their robo-fictions! Garbage portrayals of humans in reality, I say!

woah woah woah...

Don't you dis' the Gundam...  the human pilots are only in the show for solidarity.. they're wholly unnecessary..

I need a new anime guy since this guy quit updating his website so much.

This means: post in this topic more please.

Also: thank you for the good posts thus far.

I only have one episode left of Puella Magi Madoka Magica then I have to figure out what to watch next.

Has Kamichu been mentioned yet?

It's very Ghibli and cute.

That ending hit me pretty hard.

Good show though, I still need to watch the third movie.

yeah I can feel it coming though and hope I'll be ready.

WAIT! there are movies!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puella_Magi_Madoka_Magica:_The_Movie

crazy.

Some pretty big stuff goes down in the last 4 episodes (if you mean 18-22, or even 20-24, though I didn't bother with the extras) but if you played the game you already know
is this only something a girl-trapped-in-a-man's-body  would cry about.. or is it they killed my horse, manly-crying.
I admit to being emotionally sensitive. Some people call it "empathy". Others call it "a sure sign of weakness". It all depends on what values are important in a society what response such an admission will garner me.

Haven't really kept on anything current (other than Shippuden) or recent. Does someone mind checking my ratings to suggest me some shows to kill time?

http://myanimelist.net/animelist/divito (I'm sure I've forgotten to list some shows or update some things, but it's a good starting point)

No real genre preference, though I'd like shows that are completed already, or have at least a season; I'm more of a binge watcher than interested in trying to keep up with shows every week.

Steins;Gate is pretty amusing. Also, a portable computer with a beam spring keyboard is a major part of the plot.

I gotta start paying more attention to what's currently airing.

Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance is a pretty good time killer. Pretty much your basic harem, but suprisingly well written and still pretty interesting

Arg another thread for me to follow here =(

I'm not sure how addicted you guys are to anime but I know I'm watching year round about 2 hours a day?

Though lately I've been feeling bored. I'm looking for anime that's completed (not waiting for new seasons (like SAO, No game no life, etc)

I guess I should also post my MAL profile

http://myanimelist.net/animelist/GL1TCH3D

Watching Kimi Ni Todoke right now and it's really slow and bubbly xD

I'll try joining in on the other discussions here at least o.o

The first two movies are re-tellings, and the third one, 'Rebellion', is completely original and is rated very highly for its visuals, gripping storytelling and plot twist.

Finally got off my lazy and remuxed the Full BD-J remaster of Outlaw star..

Now I can finally rewatch one of the greatest in HD with subs..

Nothing beats full Bluray Iso..  10bit re-encode can go suck it...

If you think about it.. is 175gigs really that different from 40gig rip.. in terms of space ...  NOT REALLY....   it's 2.5 cents per GB..  so you pay $3.50 extra for the 175gb to watch the FULL bluray vs the Rip..  That's hardly significant..

I guess 4k bluray would beat it.. but it remains to be seen if 4k actually improve classic anime by much.

Yeah, its definitely a shoujo. The thing I love about that series though is that...
You can totally only watch the first 3 episodes and get the full effect of the show, or continue watching the entire series which keeps up till the very end.

What else is everyone watching this season anyway? or just in general? This season seems pretty lackluster imo

This is totally unrealistic..

If a kid that age had the All-Seeing Eye..

He'd spend 99.999% of the anime looking through pretty female's cloths and scratch cards...

The early part of Blood blockade was stupid. It was just “let’s draw some **** that looks cool”; the plot didn’t make any sense, I couldn’t empathize with any of the characters, the writing was dumb, and it didn’t seem to be going anywhere after about 3 episodes, so I stopped watching. Did it get more interesting later? (I doubt it, but you never know...)

What else is everyone watching this season anyway? or just in general? This season seems pretty lackluster imo
Both Erased and Rakugo are better than anything last season or the season before. I gave up on a few other current shows after 2–3 episodes.

huh? the story is about a guy with the All Seeing Eyes of God trying to find a way to heal his sister's disabilities right?
But then he somehow joined a organization that specializes in dealing with non-humans as their world is merging with the otherworld.

Animation wise no complaints though... story I think is okok.... their depiction of Vampires is too overpowered, almost like Hellsing Ultimate level...

I think the failure of all these super power shows, is that there is no super-power RISK..

There's nothing that these beings possess which would warrant the Need of their powers, because they have nothing so dear to protect.

I think in blood blockade battlefront got, because they tried to prevent the breaking of the seal that prevents the destruction brought by the otherworld from affecting the current world via new york.

I felt like the blood blockade production team started with a list of somewhat random “cool” things they wanted to draw, and then worked backwards to try to fit those together into a story. As a result, the story wasn’t at all compelling, at least through the first 3–4 episodes. YMMV.

Yes, but they don't explain why the destruction of otherworld would be so bad..

Peril is different once you achieve all the things they've achieved.

Their abilities transcend death itself.. Yet there is no concept as to account for any motivation to continue living..

I can accept Gods envying human's ability to die, but there is no explanation for them behaving as we would..

Hahaha... true enough, maybe the episode counts ia not enough to allow them to reveal more on the story.
