those boys are so sweet!
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

It's quiet. The only sounds were their footsteps and the echoing hum of worn florescent lights.

As they walked further, Lurch suddenly felt a chill.

An almost invisible force merged his hand in Hoff's.

They did not look at each other, just carried on walking.

I was just following the direction Lurch and Hoff were directing.. I thought that's what the audience wanted..

But as to Yaoi specifically..  I don't think it qualifies as a genre all to itself,   the only difference in yaoi is the gender of the characters..  but the entire story progression is no less formulaic..

I've never written any fan fic..    I was considering a startrek one a while back.. but I decided I would write something that was too real, and it would detract from the universe I love..

Deeply ashamed of what he has done.. Vesper resolved to rectify his mistake..

It was all too easy he thought; as Lurch and Hoff were already passed out on the bed, tied together, asleep..

Vesper found an axe in the kitchen. It was large and heavy. He gripped the handle as hard as he could until his palms writhed in pain.

He wanted the agony, to feel anything at all, as he was so emotionally drained from what has transpired just before.

A teary, maniacal smile spread across his face as he lifted the axe high.

in a smooth swing.......

Honestly.. this stuff is really easy to write... hmm.....

I successfully resurrected an F XT back to life using soarers.  Typed on that for a few minutes while still at the lap top.  Now I am on my desktop with my rosewill with lubed ghost blacks and its just meh. I want my BS but I don't feel like setting my iron back up after doing the speakers in my car.  Plus I need to figure out how to do a function layer and move a few keys around before it becomes a daily driver for me.

Today my friend and I are going on a Kishsaver hunt. We are visiting every bank in the area trying to get anything we can. I assume we won't find anything let alone get in and talk to someone. But praying to the keyboard gods couldn't hurt right?
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

Interested to find out how this goes and if it's a good strategy for getting boards. You just talk to the resident IT guy or what?

I mounted the teensy inside my XT and put that on my desk for daily use.  The left shift and enter I think are going to be the only keys I have issues with.

Sniped my first ebay auction.

Whatcha get?

Just an older cell phone that I would be laughed at for admitting I bought.  :-X

Was it of the Nokia Heritage?

inb4 dante pm's me wanting a nokia........no it was a motorola

If you were my dad, I would bet $50 it's a Motorola E815.  And I would have said this before you mentioned it was Motorola.

Actually it was a smartphone just last years (2013) model.

Oh, lol.  Laughed at for buying a 2013 phone?   :-X   On a site where we buy keyboards from 1984.    :))
Haha. Ya the irony is real. :)

If that was me I would be screwed, I only use the left shift.
