Not a whole lot. Picked daughter and nephew up from my parents house this morning, played some Minecraft and LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, played some LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and played with Peppa Pig etc toys. Oh and threw her around the room for a bit.

Worst day ever OMG..

what I did today was not particularly sfw so I'll try to skip on details...

As part of a bet a while ago I had to draw a guy naked and I spent a good chunk of my day adding muscle detail then he told me he didn't want muscle detail so I removed it all at the last minute. I had to un-realistic his arms and turn them into noodle arms too. It was kind of painful seeing my best drawing destroyed by the fact that I forgot what he wanted from it, and then yet still it's the best thing I've ever drawn.

Wow that sounds frustrating. I'm sorry.

I realised that if I was to have a decent night's sleep before work, I would get 2 hours awake per day. As it is I get 4, and one of those is spent in the gym.

What is the point in working so much?

what?    2 hours awake per day?

I would sleep for 8, wake up, then be awake for 2 hours before having to go to work. I then come back from work, have food, and go straight to sleep.

But how many days a week do you work?  If you only work half the days out of a year, it's not such a bad gig.

Lubed, sip socketed about 40 gaterons clear. Never tried it before it's very tedious but it's so worth it.

Ordered a difficult to find game from Japan.

Took almost an entire month to get to my mailbox.

They sent me the limited edition by mistake.

File claim because I actually wanted the regular edition instead.

Refunded all my money and let me keep limited edition

Is also sending me the regular edition for free.

Mamoru-kun wa Norowarete Shimatta!

A Japanese shmup that has become difficult to find at reasonable prices. The Limited Edition went from selling for around $90 to selling for $300+ in the last few months. It plays a lot like Pocky and Rocky on the SNES if you are familiar with that series, it's a fun game.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Woo! Welcome to the best island in the world.

I expect updates on your adoration of fish and chips, your disregarding of that awesome national anthem you have and the accepting of our terrible one. Yes it's awful, I make no bones about it.

Yes.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Nice. My best friend lives in Cardiff. You will probably be able to find her and sleep with her if you just stick a toe in the water.

i need to do that quick, while my wife is staying in russia  :D
You ended up in South Wales? Poor Iri :( Think you'd have been better off in the Crimea  :'(

I started to use a topre board, and my life has been changed. It's a nice snappy feel that distinguishes it from Cherry, but I still enjoy cherry as well. I really really really love the sound though. That was one of the reasons why I decided to get one.

Thanks dude. Yep, a little itx with Core i5 and about 9 TB of storage for Plex server/media and versioned backups from our home computers. Love it.
