I watched one of my coworkers type Google into Yahoo search to try and bring up Google search.

You act like there is another way to get to the Google search!  Everyone knows you need to use another search engine to bring up the Googles.

Reminds me of when my girlfriend types google.ca into chrome, when anything you type is searched on google anyway  :p

My wife just recently broke that habit after I made fun of her for doing it for the last year or so.

If you type "Google" into Google you can break the internet!

Slept until 4pm.
Woke up and ate some candy.
Felt bored so I went back to bed for an hour or so.
Cat woke me up with face licks.
Cruised YouTube a little bit.
Now I am drinking this bottle of wine.

Literally everything I've done today.

Hmmm, sounds like that entails leaving the house. I'm already not into that part, but it is fun meeting new people.

God damn it tp. I'm not her pimp. You'll have to woo her the old fashion way. If you need any tips just do the opposite of what I did and you'll be golden.

You should get some nicer boxes unless you like the warehouse look

+1 warehouse look.

Back in the day at my parent's place, the light shade in my room broke so I just had a bare bulb hanging from the ceiling.

Then on top of that I used to collect printer paper boxes, which were a really great size to fill with stuff and not be too heavy to lift.

I had around 50 such boxes.  In stacks around the room.

Several friends commented that the room looked like a warehouse ;D

Went to the gym at lunch, psyched.  Big squatting day.

Back decided if was iffy.  It had been giving me problems after the workout on Friday but was otherwise pretty mellow over a very relaxed weekend.

I load up, go through my warmup sets and get to my working sets.

365 lbs?  No problem.

410 x3?  Done.

460?  Back quickly decided against it while I'm at the bottom of the squat.  Into the catch arms the bar goes.  Oh well.  I was able to hit 425, at least.  I was hoping to hit 460, too.  It would have been a PR for me since I haven't maxed out in a while.

Most likely will give it another go next week possible.  It depends on schedule.

Saw a few cars. Naming some that I can remember:

McLaren P1 GTR, 2x 650S, 2x 12C
Lamborghini Huracan
Tesla P90D, 2x P85D
Ferrari California's & California T's, many F430s, 5x 458, 2x FF, F12, 328 GTO, 308, 550, 348, 250 & Enzo.
Some other Porsches in there including a 911 GT3 RS & Cayman GT4.

Great day.

I also spent some time at KPMG Manchester but not sure if that lives up to some of the cars I saw today.

Manchester dealerships for all 4, and the Huracan was a random spot from when we were looking at the P1 GTR.

The P1 GTR is absolutely insane.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

365 lbs?  No problem.

410 x3?  Done.

Damn that sucks man.

Mind if I ask your weight?

Reorganised my collection

You should get some nicer boxes unless you like the warehouse look

+1 warehouse look.

Back in the day at my parent's place, the light shade in my room broke so I just had a bare bulb hanging from the ceiling.

Then on top of that I used to collect printer paper boxes, which were a really great size to fill with stuff and not be too heavy to lift.

I had around 50 such boxes.  In stacks around the room.

Several friends commented that the room looked like a warehouse ;D

@rowdy What was in the boxes?

All sorts of stuff - papers, clothes, toys, bits of computer hardware, magazines.

MICROSOFT WINDOWS would be proud.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

It's sitting about the 199-200lb range right now.  I was iffy on the day as it was so I'm not overly bummed about it as I'll have a couple weeks to work through that before going into a new routine.  It would have been nice to hit it but not everything goes your way.  Still, I made sure to hit depth on the 425.  I'm pretty pleased with that.  I was tempted to go higher but ended up doing 315x7 after that, then front squats.

Went back to work, these 3 day weekends are really growing on me. Looking forward to actually working a weekend shift though so I can take my POK3R in, gotta love those weekend penalty rates.

Was scanning reddit mech market and got in on an impromptu keycap sale
