American schools use Jolly Ranchers to entice the children into the life of capitalism. Well, that's what happened in the public schools that I attended..

Well then. Does it at least taste good?

Soo what. Is it like chilli and cinnamon or does it just burn. For me, cinnamon already has a slight hotness.

Cinnamon isn't that popular here compared to the states. ;p

Reminds me of the time my sister made a cake and called it chilli chocolate, but it just tasted like cinnamon haha.

Also no tp4, you can't have a pic of my sister.

Same here, the weather really doesn't matter.  ****, two years ago we had to head to the UP for a funeral at the end of May and my son was playing in Lake Michigan when the water couldn't have been any warmer than 55 or 60F.

I've spent most of my lunch hour today being slightly depressed at everything I would need to do to get a Phantom-based TKL up and running.  Two areas are of specific concern where to find a case (other than having to buy a filco just for the case) and the Teensy programming.

Sketched out a safety razor stand in FreeCAD; feels good to finally design something with a CAD program. Now I need to get some digital calipers to make the design legit :))

Baby steps I guess

Bought a car today.  Nothing special.  Picked up a 1999 Chrysler LHS with only 57,660 miles for $5,500.  Only issue is a couple of bad speakers.  Runs and shifts great.  This is my first car I have ever owned that was not a GM product.  But my current car is getting much worse and have a job next week that is 2 and a half hours from home.  It is getting so bad I don't think it would get me down there.  So I basically had today and tomorrow to get a car bought.

My boss decided it would be a really swell idea to move a switch out of it's current rack without unplugging either the power or network cables.  To my amazement, the move actually worked, no one was electrocuted, and no connectivity was lost.

Looked at a couple houses to buy as my family has outgrown our current place.  One looks quite promising but it's gonna need some work done outside like landscaping and a little painting, while the inside would need some floors refinished, some carpet ripped out, and some painting done.

Went to Costco to return an extra can of nacho cheese from last night's party, drank some Anchor Steam, and am now pulling apart a rotisserie chicken.  I'm amazed that Costco can sell those for $5, it's tough to find the raw materials for that.

So if you keep eating their chicken,  it makes you fat..

and When you get Fat..   You'll buy more of the other stuff..

It may well be a loss leader, and I won't go to Costco just for the chicken, but why not if I'm there?  I also split a piece of pizza and a soda, I got out of Costco for less than $10.  Free if the return is counted.  People in line were amazed that I was willing to wait 10 minutes in line for a single item.

I'm now looking for parts for a phantom TKL build.  If the KUL MX-clears don't come back in stock soon, I may go that route.

I gave it a go but didn't dig it, to me it felt more like a Pokédex VR simulator of some sort than of an actual game. It sucks though because my expectations for the release were so high! Perhaps it was because of the lack of Pokémons in my area, friends to play with or... I don't know, it felt like a rushed alpha release. For now I deleted the app and will wait until they develop it further. I'm hoping that soon they will somehow make it ressemble the GB experience, which I absolutely loved when I was a kid. It's very nice to see that so many people are having fun with it though, Pokémon is a global cultural hit and it has been for more than 20 years. This alone makes it great, and I definitely recommend everyone to at least give it a try.

What does 'Zhuque' stand for?
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Ah gotcha.  Lots of BPLOs here.

Also, nice keyboard.  I like the click on the caps lock.  Is the other clicky for the FN?

Also, tried out the Zhuque with interchangeable switches:

What does 'Zhuque' stand for?

I asked my friend fluent in Chinese it literally means "bright red bird" but more poetically, it would translate to "phoenix". :thumb:

Nononononono..

Zhu, means Vermillion

Que, is any bird in the crow-family.. but more specifically it's known for magpie.. or in this case, (peacock)

So,  Vermillion Magpie(Peacock) would be the literal translation..

Phoenix is loosly correct when you're extrapolating from western antiquity by color alone.. (but it is NOT the asian-phoenix), Zhuque in the chinese mythology is a separate mythical bird..

The asian phoenix is more towards Yellow/gold.. and not RED

Yes,  Tp4 = Azn..

Yup, thats the idea. I wanted audible on the capslock and the function for when i'm typing and not looking at the screen or keyboard. Swapped out the springs with 67g and the clear tops as well.

I plan on doing something similar to my Jane:
Gateron Blues with 85g springs for the Caps and Scroll Locks, and then an MX Lock for the Fn layer. The rest of the board will have Zealios, so having that audible click for the Locks would be great feedback.

Edit:
Sorry, broken quote and too lazy to fix.
