Even non flippers , you buy 2,  one to play with, and one to keep in the box..

One does not simply play with pops, nor does one throw the box away

TOMORROW BEGINS CHICKEN/TILAPIA AND BROCCOLI/CABBAGE DIET.

I'm down 8 lbs (all water weight) from the first.  Steamed Cabbage SUCKS.   Steamed Broccoli is ok.

I think I want to experiment with using Kim Chi as a primary vegetable/greens at least every other day.

Problem with Kim Chi is if you get the healthy kind (sans MSG) it's pretty expensive at $4.99 a jar.  What's 7-8 servings is only 2 for me.

I can go to the H-Mart and get a big ass pail of it for a better discount but if I recall all of them had MSG...

-dante-.. you can not sub Kchee as a vegi source..   it's like +40 Kidney Stones

Sifos eat it as a condiment to --rice--

I think you're right.  My insides are being torn up pretty bad right now ... I'm taking a few days off and will cut down consumption.

Have you looked into green smoothies? You need a fairly strong blender (I got a Vitamix used off craigslist) but they are so amazing if you don't like eating veggies. I toss in several handfuls of kale, a little water, avocado, juice from half a lemon (this is key if you like it tart!), and a bunch of different fruits. It's basically tastes like a regular fruit smoothie, and it's way easier than eating all that kale on its own.

I've made one of these off an online recipe, almost died....

can't really cover the kale unless it's in very small quantity relative to the rest of the material.

Seriously? Well, the one I make isn't too crazy. If you can eat fruits like strawberries, kiwis, banana, grapes, and pineapple... and if you can eat kale... then you should be ok to combine them all together into a delicious, fruity slurry!  ;D

The one I did, I did with frozen fruits..

I think I should've left the kale unfrozen.. that way it'd blend smoother..

The abomination I made was a bit gritty..

And idk, if there's a difference between Young kale and OLD kale like in other leaf vegetables,  but i definitely got the OLD kale that time which was way too stiff..

I love to use kale as a bed for my eggs. Nothing like buttered and salted kale in the morning imo. Then again, I love vegetables and hell, when I eat fruits I eat the rinds too but I can understand why people make smoothies. Smoothies are delicious

Not exactly.  Mostly I was trying to avoid driving into cellphone zombies in the parking lot.

If you want a front row seat to the Walking Dead, come to a Costco on a Sunday afternoon and watch a bunch of zombies as they slowly lumber in and out of the place turning a bitter eye towards anyone keeping them from swiping.

i've only experienced that at the Costco gas-station.. everyone's on their phones there..

Haven't seen anything crazy @ the parking lot itself..

oooh, very nice. I was taking pictures of an apartment for work and the guy had a smalish office sort of room that's walls were pretty much lined floor to ceiling on every wall with Pop figures. Crazy that that collection was probably a few grand

after work I decided I had enough of the 10ft long coiled cable on my Sony MDR-V6 headphones ..so I modded them to 3.5mm removable cable...

plan didn't go entirely smoothly as the 3.5mm jack wasn't long enough to use the included nut to secure the jack in the ear cup...so it is epoxied in there.. should be fine.

should make the V6's a lot more portable..  even wired L/R correctly  :D

Also I had an interview at work for a new job within my own company. It's only a 6 month operational transfer (so I will be coming back) but it's what I want to do as a career, so i really really hope I get it.

I actually did dress up nice. Which my current boss (who was also doing the interview) was quite surprised at. The guy who will potentially be my supervisor in this new job has a ponytail, wears timberlands and heavy metal t shirts to work. I might have over done it, but oh well.

Better to over do it than show up for an interview with a ponytail, timberland and tshirt when they are expecting presentable.

I'm job hunting from home, my daily routine involves scouring glassdoor, linkedin, beyond, ziprecruiter, and higheredjobs and getting resumes out.

So i made some Zealios yesterday. The Aristotle cases are such bad quality, I think I broke at least half of them tearing the housing apart. Also kinda broke a few Zealio housings by trying to force the Aristotle sliders int and bending the contact in the bottom part too far and pretty much ruining most of the bump.

My fingers are also cramped up to **** and still hurting.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I had a disappointing job interview, looked at Zeal 60 builds for case inspiration, and watched continuing education videos on Lynda.com.

I finally finished the jailhouse blues rebuild of my wifes leopold fc200rt... or so i thought:

damn GMK not having the loser posts for old school leopolds! Going to have to do some Dremel tool work this weekend and fix this plate and make a new stab wire. I wish I had done it before resoldering all the switches though. Oh well.

Third day back at work in new workplace............... RIP MY LIFE. started 9 in the morning (was like late start **** yea), didn't finish till 11 at night yesterday and foresee much of the same in the future.
Moved to America?

Haha nah, I went from city to semi-city and now outback Australia. Problem is outback Australia does not really have a million peasants on payroll to do single task jobs all day so I pretty much inherited a portfolio of general ****tery that is usually taken care of by other people. Kinda like instead of belt feeding similar **** all day every day I am belt feeding a little bit of all this random ****, if that makes sense (it may not translate well outside of straya).

Why did you move to the outback? It's basically as boring as any countryside anywhere, with an added bonus of being killed by anything natural.

For more money, I want to do something completely different for work soonish (like next two years) so I need to get as much cash as I can before I lose like over half my pay and become either some tradesman's ***** for four years or some skipper's ***** for four years or some government department heads ***** or some other ****s ***** for some period of time as I learn some form of new skill.

Its even worse where I am, town is built over an underground mine. Apparently there is an exemption to allow it to processes its mined **** right next to the town so there are air quality issues and the water may or may not be safe. I mean would not be worse than a lot of industrial setups in any non-western country with enforced standards but still ma lungs. So not only will the wildlife try to kill me, but the air will too.

Its  not inconceivable,  although you'd probably just make a back pack of sorts and wear it on your back..  That way you can have a Personal space of clean air..
