Carry The Future (refugee support)

My wife is helping organize the collection of soft baby carriers here in Montreal as part of the Carry The Future refugee support project.  Here is the facebook page for my wife's collection.

My wife and a friend of hers wanted to get 10 carriers together to send the parent project, but within the first 2-3 days, they already have almost 50.  They were only expecting to be shipping about 10 carriers when they started this, so they were not really taking the cost of shipping into account.  Now that we are going to be shipping in quantities more along the lines of pallets, the costs have started to really add up.

If you would be interested in helping out with the shipping costs, I have put my PayPal details below.  I will be keeping a tally of the total donated in the OP and I will make a post on my wife's facebook event page to credit GeekHack with the donation.  If I happen to collect more than the cost of shipping (highly doubtful), I will donate the excess to the parent project since they have to ship them all from North America overseas.

If you have any reason not to trust me, feel free to post.  I have no problem fielding questions about my reputation or integrity. 

If you don't agree with the cause, please keep it to yourself.  This thread is not a forum for your opinions.  Simply don't support the cause and move on...

USD or CAD preferably.  Either is fine...

Edit: You are in Montreal, so obviously CAD.  No reason to pay the fees given the already crappy exchange rate.
