I always browse the internet hard.  I'm not sure why that would make my CPU fan come on though.

guys:
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

I'm not sure what you're doing, but I can have 7 or 8 Youtube videos running and about 30 tabs and not break 30% cpu.

On the other hand, I've had Waterfox (64bit Firefox) using more ram than many desktops even have in them.

With the Surface Pro 4 you really only have to unlock the screensaver for the fan to go seriously wild, it's insane.
I'm almost positive that  the Surface Pro 4 is a maniac of some sort.
