I don't agree with telling teenagers they don't need condoms in such specific words. I know what your intentions are, but it's not your place to say whether or not they should or shouldn't need or be buying condoms. Not even the parents can completely stop their kids from having sex, and they're going to find out one way or another. It is NEVER the best route to keep them ignorant and is ALWAYS best to at least teach them safe practices, even if you wish to impart upon them your opinion and importance of many things.
