I tried that machine for a while, while I had access to school gym..
it's only fun for the first few sessions..
but later it's just another exercise tool, and you become equally averse to it like all other workout equipment which make you sweat...
Meh. I used to row, and although it was a ***** it was really rewarding. So if I still rowed, I'd definitely want one.
I am merely trying to illustrate that the main obstacle to -working--OUT-- is the OUT factor.. motion without purpose..
the purchase of these machines are usually done partly to assuage the guilt of having been lazy and living puffy.. another aspect is novelty..
If those are at all the reasons.... we all know where these machines end up.. garage.. with a stack of coats on top..
Once the coats are on there, you tell yourself, oh but there are too many clothes on there to use it.. I'll clean it tomorrow... and on and on..
