100% veggies 10% fat..


So as long as you eat it with less than 7g of added oils..  it's A-Ok

I was looking up something else, and found the word ghoughpteighbteau again.

Naturally I wondered how often it appeared on GH, and a brief search showed that it occurred only two times in the past.

It is a word, or rather the spelling of a word, that possibly warrants greater exposure.

Or maybe not.
