these guys legit ? or they paid for by corpo_hush_money ?

wouldn't it be possible for someone to game the system, buy in on a measuring station, run an air filter next to it ?  it's not like anyone is checking on these stations.

Then the polluters can point to the data, and say, hey, it looks OK to me
